This chronic lack of manufacturing sectors all over the African continent has created an unregulated informal sector so governments aren’t able to collect taxes and provide social services as happens in the west. We have entire generations that have never worked or will ever be exposed to the way business is conducted in order to make a profit or reinvest. So millions of Africans spend their lives trying to make a living by hawking. Nevertheless, I am so proud of us for not just throwing in the towel and resorting to criminal activities or in mental institutions or serious addiction. Salute 👍🏿👏🏿🙏🏿. Thanks for sharing.
