🐟 DELICIOUS whole grilled fish, using my Egyptian mother in law's recipe
We’re making a DELICIOUS grilled fish from Egypt called Singari, using my Mother in law’s recipe. It’s got an amazing Garlic and Cumin marinade, that packs a load of flavour into the fish. I’ll show you how to butterfly the fish, to increase its surface area, then show you how to marinade and grill it to perfection.

I forgot to mention that you can definitely cook this on a charcoal grill for added flavor. Just make sure to use a grilling basket to hold everything in place, and you'll be rewarded with a smoky delicious grilled fish. I hope you give it a try!

Hey man! Thank you so much for your recipes. I live in Ukraine, and as you may have heard, we're in a tough spot right now. But today was my wife's birthday — yeah on Valentine's Day 🙂 — so I decided to make your " DELICIOUS whole grilled fish," and Fisherman's Rice. OMG! It was perfect. Satisfying, tasty, and you could tell it took love to make it. Thank you for putting a smile on my face, and my family's. This was a dish to remember…the smells in the kitchen, wow!
Cheers from Ukraine. We can live in peace. All it takes is kindness and empathy…and love.
I made this for me and my father (both Australian, and the only people in my family who like seafood) along with your fisherman's rice recipe and they were both incredible. I think my dad called it delicious 9 or 10 times while eating it. I've been watching your videos for quite a while now and everything I have cooked from your channel so far has been absolutely fantastic!
my new favourite food channel! can't wait to try this.
I just tried this recipe with milkfish and it was a hit with my family. I actually liked it too despite me having that gene that unfortunately makes cilantro taste like soap. The grilling certainly subdued its strong flavour and it blended well with the other ingredients.
Thanks mate, please tell your mother in law I love her.
There’s a fish plate in Mexico called Sarandiado cooked on the west coast of Mexico. I’m curious if it’s a descendant of this dish.
This is absolutely delicious. My family loved it.
Omg this sauce was amazing! I will put it on anything. This is the only channel where I actually want to try making all of the recipes 🥰
Wow look healthy and very tasty but why your health is surprising us
Please keep it up. Think you make a tutorial of Iraqi Kurdish version of Red Soup Kibbeh? Thanks.
At a lot of restaurant in Egypt like asmak or hosny or adorra in Alexandria they do the same thing on a charcoal grill with wood…it is amazing
I adore that you propagate middle east culture of eating. Those recipes are so healthy and tasty, I can’t wait doing this at home.
The mandolin is amazing for making homemade veggie chips fried or in an air fryer. Try doing sweet potatoes and beets

Hi I’m an Asian living in the Middle East and loved the baked Arabic fish available here in a supermarket chain and was always looking for something similar I can prepare at home and impress my family and friends and I must say this preparation ticked all the boxes. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe

Many people can cook but few can teach! You are a wonderful teacher! Thank you!
I made this yesterday for dinner it was so delicious, i made it with Haddock tho and I could have finished it all my self but the only think stopping me is that I have limited space in my stomach 😆. Cant wait to try your other recipes especially the pitta and shawarma. thank uuu
