Great reaction as always. Will you please react to Ntokozo Mbambo doing a cover by Cece Winans called We believe for it. Thanks
Jesus!โคโค
Reasons why I try avoid gospel musicโฆ.. I don't wanna go there, and I am deep in thinking about life past experiences ๐ ๐ช
This song is powerful Charlie. Ntokozo is so amazing and she really loves God and she has transcended over the years. I saw it being sang Nigeria at Kononia. Apostle Joshua Selman said to the choir" please sing the South African version. I was in awe. Thank you Jesus.
Every time I listen to this song I cry just as much, it touches my soul in a tremendous way
God bless you Charlie, thanku so much, โโฅ๏ธ๐น๐

Pls do Benjamin Dube ,Praise feat Mnqobi Nxumalo ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐ฅ
You would love Hle if you havenโt discovered her already. In the linked song she features veteran Hlengiwe Mhlaba. The layered harmonies have deep influences of Zulu churches. Itโs a specific type of singing called ukuhlabelela. The title โLiyinqabaโ means (Your Name) is a refuge/tower and those who hide in it shall not fear. Sheโs also just world class technically 10/10

Uthandwa yithi Charlie ๐ฅฐ Thank you for this reaction. As a South African I feel so special
no not that different, they sing like black people in the America with a lot of soul and spirt, she sounds like CECE WINANS.
Ntokozo Mbabo is the best. SIMPLEโค
Yes its Zulu bro.
The Holy Spirit is right there with you๐ขโคโค Bless you Charlie
Thank you so much, for playing south Africa ๐ฟ๐ฆ gospel ๐
Hahahaha Iyhooooo!!!!!! You are a great Charlieโฆโฆyou understand the song very well
There's power!!!!!!
Charlie your pronunciation of Zulu names and words is way better than that of so called white 'South Africans' ๐
Thank you
Its Holy โ my brother in the Uk. The song in itself as you have said. Simply means Holy Holy Holy you are Lord God almighty. Its Xhosa. Bayede โ speaks to the Immessurable greatness of God and sending praises to him our God. Akhekho onga linganiswa nawe โ Non can be compared to you. The rest she has repeated in english. And its repetition. Beautiful Song. Truly
I loved it when you said a 'simple concept but does so much'โฆthat is the power of the Holy Spirit
Just Reverence, is what this is! Itโs recognising whose presence we enter into and being in awe of all the faces of God! Ultimately, we join the heavenly Hosts and just sing โHoly, Holy is the Lord God Almighty.โ Night and day, thatโs all they sing in His presenceโฆ..a whole mantra๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ
She sings in IsiZulu. Ntokozo is the carrier of a blessing, an annointing. Im tearing up like its the first time im hearing the song. Thank you for feeling her the same way we do at home. She basically keeps saying GOD is deserving of all the Glory. We raise our hands and say Uyingcwele/ You are Holy!
For the love of South African music and specifically this song. Glad to have found this platform. Love from Namibia
Keep it up my guy as a south African im happy with how you reacted to this
Yes it's Xhosa but some of the words are the same as zulu and she is saying the same things in English. Same words interpreted. Thank you so much for this
Ntokozo Mbambo is amazing and her voice connect me with God
I know, I know this is church in South Africa.
Your pronunciation is ๐๐พ๐๐พ
Greetings Charlie. Most of our South African singers are very talented but they are not supported by our government. It's such a pity. Thanks for showing so much compassion to our sister. God bless you Charlie. Hope to see you in South Africa.
Ngcwele is holy
Zulu
