CHAKCHOUKA is by excellence a typical Tunisian dish. So easy to prepare, and delicious.
As far as I know, this dish have been taught in Tunisian families since 6 generations.
I would recommend it with Tunisian hand made harissa and some “merguez” (Tunisian spicy sausages)
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
4 Tbsp of olive oil…

Bravo my compatriot to write down that Shakshouka is a Tunisian food par excellence like Harissa and other Tunisian aka Carthagian culture heritage since there is people from neighboring countries ( who were part of the mighty Carthage and later the kingdoms that ruled Tunisia ) claim anything Tunisian
