Indian under 20 teams are more or less similar to under 30 look at them its just some false age ..
The Indian team can learn alot from the Japanese team…unlike the indian team who show faces and scolds one another when a mistake is made the japanese team is supportive and they take every mistake as a chance to learn and improve no wonder india doesnt even make it to the VNL no discipline no sportsmanship..the idea of thinking that just having strong hitters will make u win is outdated asf look at the japanese team they are all taught to be at least well above avergae in al positions…jake of all trades is master of none but always better than master of one

the problem with the Indian Volleyball team both senior and Junior is the setting style. There is no variation and creativity. It becomes very evident to the opponent whom the ball is setting for. So the block is always up
Private players need to come in….take that talent and coach them to the international level……as.long as government is involved nothin will change because apart from players…..everyone who is managing the team from the clearner to the coach depends on Govt supplying funds….when govt supplies funds we absolutely know what happens in India….there is no accountability no check and balances and above all no integrity or passion to see our players excel….we need a private person to come up and provode that opportunity
