  1. I'm an Algerian. Thanks for the video. But this is not the right ingredients of Boureks. We make Bourek with semoula roll pastry not with flower roll pastry. The semoula pastry makes a big diffrence, it is a typical algerian pastry, which we call "Diyoul". We call the pastry used in your video by " filou pastry " which is a turkish pastry. Second, we add cheese rather than hard egg. Thanks any way 😉
