  1. Five Rules of Gutman 100-Day Challenge:

    1. Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily including active recovery (walking, swimming, jogging, light yoga)

    2. Protein – Min 1 gram / kg / body weight

    3. Fiber – Min 5 plant points ( any fruit, vegetables, nuts or seeds will be counted as 1 point)

    4. Meditation – Min 10 min

    5. No ultra processed food

  3. Good sir you really may be unintentionally over estimate protein in your meals- that salad doesn’t have 25 gms of protein. And two eggs barely have 8 gms of protein – not 12 gms

  4. hey dr pal i am a 16 year old trying to grow height because i am interested in sports but i am just 150 cm and i want atleast be 160 cm. i hope you make a video regarding height increase.

  5. Hey doc, Can i add 100gms soya chunks to my meal everyday for extra protein intake? There so many myths about it. I’d appreciate if you explain it in a shorts or something!

  6. Dr Pal, do we need so much protein if we are not lifting weights and working out like you do?Most of our protein comes from eating beef and mutton but we don’t get to eat them every day.

  7. Hello Dr pal sir …. Can I have this doubt clarified ?

    Someone said skipping breakfast is really good for health even when you are working

    And someone said don't ever skip breakfast if you want to loose ur weight

    Basically upto 18 years I have never skipped breakfast but maintaining a good BMI and then thyroid entered in my life so intended to weight loss

    Can you please explain the myth or fact about the breaking the fast !

  8. Dr pal do try yoga and pilates as part of of your 100 day challenge. I personally love doing yoga every week as it helps me relax all stiff muscles as I primarily focus on strength training and cardio.
    It really helps me feel alive and more fluid and flexible. Do give it a shot

  9. I mostly think sir you should start with compound exercises which targets a lot of muscles and do the isolation part at the end. Next time try to start with pushups pullups dips squats and the list goes on. Loving the journey sir❤

  10. @DrPal Sir, you consume black coffee empty stomach. Isn't it acidic and harms the stomach lining? I also take black coffee however with some dry fruits or a biscuit.
    But, if solely having black coffee has better results for stomach and liver then I will surely switch. Kindly guide.

  11. @DrPal Request you to share the Paneer salad recipe please, as I see it has high fibre. Thank you for your insight on intermittent fasting, it helped me reduce my glucose levels.

  12. Can I ask do your kids have the finger to do? I know you mentioned you & your a life are far related or gave a similar chromosome which gave you your father and grandfather one short finger but not the woman.
    So do your sons have that on their hands?
