1) A cup of coffee doesn't have enough caffeine for to be effective in terms of sports performance.
2) Citrulline, Betaine and Taurine is also well documented and researched.
3) There is no proof that having Beta Alanine or any other supplement in your preworkout reduces the benefit of the caffeine.
Overall, very misleading video.

I like to take a non-stim pre. One that gives a pump.
I have the thought that blood in the muscle is good for it. Plus I like to have a sweet pump.
