While I thank you for genuinely letting us see the details in medical field, it's so sad to hear that you pay for the services you may want during sickness. Don't you professionals have a body that speaks for you? It's shame for all of us and for the country to keep medical professionals under such illogical regulations. Plus, how come Ethiopia pays less than Rwanda or Somalia??? Something has to be done.

One day the Ethiopian health system will get improved and the actors of the system will be compensated that ultimately will benefit our society.
Yet, don't forget that no one will stand for you as a professional you should see alternatives, healthcare or other sectors.

Can someone answer me, In Ethiopia if the ratio of Doctor to People is unmatched (meaning the demand is high) and, Doctors are not well compensated. Why don't we see new clinics opened by professionals what are the bottlenecks?
BTW ዶክተር መሆን እኮ ችግር አልነበረውም ግን ኢትዮጵያ ውስጥ ሲስተሙ መስተካከል አለበት ለዚህ ደሞ ይሄ ትውልድ ወሳኝ ሚና መጫወት ይኖርበታል…
