Dad worked ın Libya 80s till 90s he is 80 years old now. I remember tryıng this soup at local restaurants or neighbours dropping ıt over to our house. I wıll suprise my Baba wth this taste thank you from İstanbul ❤
This is my favourite soup
I love this soup since 1980´s. Instead of Libyan mix spices I am using harrissa paste, kardamom and nutmeg. Really delicious and tasty soup – especially when I use not lamb meat, but mutton meat, which has more distinct taste.
